The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast goodies for a perfect start to my day. Single travelers will appreciate the friendly atmosphere and cleanliness throughout. But leaving windows open can let in unwanted smoke from nearby areas.

I had the pleasure of spending one night at the Shell House and truly appreciated my time there. the hotel served as a charming base for exploring the surrounding area, which is conveniently located near the ferry, harbor, and a variety of venues, shops. the location was ideal, just a nice stroll away from Olde Mecklenburg Brewery.
